German Attorney-at-law Christian Heitzer has signed with HDI-Gerling, Firmen und Privat Versicherung AG, Dürrenhofstr. 4-6, 90402 Nuremberg, professional liability insurance, which fulfils the requirements in § 51 Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung. Excluded from the territorial scope of the insurance are liability claims arising from activities: a) through law firms or offices established or maintained in countries other than the Federal Republic of Germany, b) in connection with the consultation and engagement with non-European law, c) before non-European courts.
