The law firm has its main office in Munich, which is the "patent capital" of Germany or the whole Europe. The German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court as well as the European Patent Office are all seated in Munich. Thus, Munich plays a very important roll for international companies to develop their intellectual property rights strategy in Europe.

Our practice is focused on all kinds of proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court, the European Patent Office and the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (EU trademarks and designs), as well as infringement proceedings before German District Courts.
